Events. UP Quill also prides itself in its performance events, which showcase not only the members' literary works but also their talent in different forms of media.

•Buwanang Dalaw- impromptu performance poetry readings in the AS Lobby, Palma Hall and the Faculty Center by Quill members. Happens every full moon of the month.
•Turbulence - the culminating event for the 1st Semester, showcasing performance poetry readings and musical numbers from UP Quill members and invited guests. It marks the release of the Org's 1st Literary Folio for the school year. (see photos)
•Release - the annual multimedia event, which happens at the end of the 2nd Semester. Features poetry readings, musical performances, award-winning short films from UP College of Fine Arts and College of Mass Communication students, tarot readings, an art exhibit from Quill members and UP College of Fine Arts students, and marks the release of the 2nd UP Quill Literary Folio for the year. It is Quill's culminating event for the year. (see photos)

Creative Publications. Sitting Amok - UP Quill 's semestral literary folios featuring the new works in fiction, poetry and visual art. Print circulation: 500-1000 copies for both Sitting Amok 8 and 9.

Other projects. In accordance with its objectives, U.P. Quill also holds reach-out programs with less-fortunate children in the form of storytelling sessions, textbook donations and fund raising projects. <back>
